Softball Recap: Hamilton Yankees vs. Los Angeles CES Unicorns
Hamilton took a eight-run loss the last time they faced off against Los Angeles CES, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Yankees had just enough and edged out the Unicorns 9-8 on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Yankees: when they faced off against the Unicorns back in April, they had to take a 8-0 defeat.

Hamilton got a massive performance out of Marlena Gauff, who went 1-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. Those three runs gave Gauff a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Mary Daniels, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Hamilton lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
