Southern is 8-1 against Moore since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Trojans will welcome the Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Meanwhile, Moore entered their game against Bullitt Central on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Mustangs came up short against the Cougars, falling 16-2. The contest marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Isaac Northern made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Southern's loss dropped their record down to 15-9. As for Moore, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.
