Soccer Recap: Unity Christian Academy Drops Highest Score of Season Against College Prep of America

Unity Christian Academy scored the most goals they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 6-4 to the College Prep of America Thunder. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against College Prep of America this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 last Wednesday.

This is the second loss in a row for Unity Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 1-6. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 4-1 Universal (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 70% over those games). As for College Prep of America, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Unity Christian Academy will square off against Universal at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Universal will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Unity Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for College Prep of America, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Harvest-Westminster at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
