Soccer Recap: Washington Tech Comes Up Short

It was a Battle of the Birds when Washington Tech duked it out with Humboldt on Thursday. The Eagles fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 1-0. Washington Tech haven't had much luck with Humboldt recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Washington Tech now has a losing record of 5-6-1. As for Humboldt, their win bumped their record up to 11-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Washington Tech will host Johnson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Humboldt, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Paul Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
