Basketball Game Preview: Puckett Wolves vs. Clarkdale Bulldogs + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the Puckett Wolves will get right back to it and host the Clarkdale Bulldogs at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Puckett saw some tournament action on Monday. They fell 55-42 to Hazlehurst. The matchup marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Clarkdale was able to grind out a solid victory over Scott Central on Saturday, taking the game 34-24. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Clarkdale's win came from a few key players Puckett will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Wes Lewis, who posted 14 points. Those 14 points gave him a new career-high. Cameron Crowell was another key player, putting up eight points.

Clarkdale was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Clarkdale's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Puckett, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Puckett didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Clarkdale in their previous matchup back in November of 2022, but they still walked away with a 47-43 victory. Will the Wolves repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
