Basketball Recap: Jamestown Comes Up Short

Jamestown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 78-67 to the Dickinson Midgets. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (64), the Bluejays still had to take the loss.

Jamestown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Dickinson, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Jamestown has already played their next contest (against Moorhead), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Dickinson will face off against Williston at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Dickinson's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten games.
