Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Western Alamance). They breezed past the Williams Bulldogs to the tune of 83-24 on Tuesday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Allie Sykes continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 10-for-15 from beyond the arc on her way to 32 points and four steals. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Cayden White, who posted eight points in addition to 11 rebounds and three blocks.

Western Alamance smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in seven consecutive contests.

Williams' loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jordyn Taylor, who earned eight points.

Western Alamance's victory bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Williams, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-8.

Western Alamance has already played their next game, a 60-52 defeat against T.W. Andrews on the 5th. As for Williams, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 54-42 win against Providence Grove on the 10th.
