Soccer Game Preview: Bishop McGuinness vs. North Stokes + How To Watch

The Bishop McGuinness Villains will face off against the North Stokes Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty goal totals in their previous games.

On Tuesday, Bishop McGuinness earned a 5-3 win over South Stokes. Dylan King was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Stokes). Everything went their way against Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy on Tuesday as they made off with a 9-1 victory. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Bishop McGuinness has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 44 goals over those six matchups. As for North Stokes, their win bumped their record up to 5-11-2.
