Recap: Tanalian Lynx vs. Tri-Valley Warriors
The Tanalian Lynx lost against the Tri-Valley Warriors back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Tanalian was outmatched by Tri-Valley on the road and fell 73-46. Tanalian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-16.
Tanalian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Malachi Fowler, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Erik McGee, who scored 13 points.
Tanalian has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Tri-Valley, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
Tanalian's road trip will continue as they head out to face Non Varsity Opponent at 6:30 p.m. on January 17th. As for Tri-Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Minto on Friday.
