Soccer Recap: Our Lady Academy's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Our Lady Academy lost against Gulfport back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Our Lady Academy Crescents opened the new year with a less-than-successful 2-0 loss to the Gulfport Admirals. The Crescents have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Our Lady Academy's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-5-1. As for Gulfport, they pushed their record up to 6-5-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Our Lady Academy didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against George County on the 4th. As for Gulfport, they will square off against D'Iberville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Gulfport is facing D'Iberville at the right time seeing as D'Iberville is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
