Basketball Recap: Clinton Finds Playoff Glory Versus North Johnston

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Clinton had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 44-26 win over the North Johnston Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Dark Horses.

Clinton can attribute much of their success to Janiya Mosley, who posted ten points in addition to eight steals and five rebounds. Daniyah Coxum was another key player, putting up six points and three steals.

Despite the loss, North Johnston had strong showings from Samantha Boswell, who had nine points, and Camden Ford, who earned two points and 11 boards.

Clinton's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for North Johnston, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-3.

Clinton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 70-16 loss against Seaforth on the 28th. North Johnston does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
