Baseball Game Preview: North Stars vs. West Vikings

For the second straight game, North will face off against West. The Stars will face off against the Vikings at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, it was close, but North sidestepped West for a 4-3 victory.

ALEJANDRO GALINDO was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of RILEY STONEBRAKER, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

North's win ended an eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-19. As for West, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 6-18.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. North has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like West struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 3.7 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
