Cambridge had won two straight games and Mallory Springer did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Cambridge Trojans came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 47-42 W against the Arapahoe Warriors thanks in part to Springer, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 21 rebounds. She is becoming a predictor of Cambridge's success: when she posts at least eight boards the team is 12-5 (and 0-4 when she doesn't).

Despite the loss, Arapahoe still got an impressive performance from Cadence Carpenter, who went 6-for-11 on her way to 13 points. Those 13 points gave Carpenter a new career-high. Sawyer Shafer was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Cambridge's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.8 points over those games. As for Arapahoe, their record is now 14-9.
