Metro-East Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Althoff Catholic, they pushed their record up to 13-6-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Metro-East Lutheran wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-0 loss against Roxana on the 8th. As for Althoff Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 7-0 victory against Maryville Christian on the 8th.
