Banneker had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bard Falcons. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Isabelle Pierre was the offensive standout of the contest as she had six aces.

Banneker didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against School Without Walls on the 6th. As for Bard, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Coolidge on the 6th.
