Soccer Recap: Mammoth Comes Up Short

After soaring to ten goals the game before, Mammoth was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They fell just short of the Rosamond Roadrunners by a score of 2-1. The Huskies were probably out for revenge after losing 4-1 to them when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mammoth's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Rosamond, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-5-1 record this season.

Mammoth will take on Bakersfield in a tournament on Friday. As for Rosamond, they will be playing at home against Silver Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
