Baseball Recap: Bishop Hartley Hawks vs. St. Francis DeSales Stallions

Bishop Hartley gave up the first runs on Wednesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They skirted past the St. Francis DeSales Stallions 7-5. This was a revenge game for the Hawks: when they faced off against the Stallions last Monday, they had to take a 7-4 loss.

Matt Galich was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
