Volleyball Recap: Industrial Extends Winning Streak to Four

Industrial came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Hallettsville Brahmas as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cobras also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

While Industrial won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-16, 25-17.

Karli Stanush paced Industrial's offense, picking up 14 kills. Stanush got some help from Ava Collins and her 29 assists. Kylee Swoboda controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Industrial's win bumped their record up to 27-13. As for Hallettsville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-16.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Industrial will take on rival Tidehaven at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hallettsville is set to challenge their familiar foe Yoakum at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
