Basketball Recap: Mountain Home Comes Up Short

Mountain Home was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 30th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Wood River Wolverines 110-12. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Sully Carter was the offensive standout of the contest as he posted 14 points. Tony Ambriz was another key player, putting up eight points.

Mountain Home's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Wood River, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-8.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Filer the next time they take the court. Mountain Home will host Filer at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while Wood River will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
