Littleton and Woodsville are an even 5-5 against one another since June of 2017, but likely not for long. The Crusaders will head out to challenge the Engineers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Littleton barely beat Profile the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Crusaders were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Patriots on Wednesday. 13 seems to be a good number for the Crusaders as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Woodsville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Sunapee with a sharp 15-5 victory on Thursday.

Littleton pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Woodsville, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Littleton skirted past Woodsville 3-2 when the teams last played back in May of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Crusaders since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
