Recap: Eisenhower Cadets vs. Eastmont Wildcats
The Eisenhower Cadets fell victim to the Eastmont Wildcats''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a serious blow against the Wildcats, falling 28-0. Eisenhower has struggled against Eastmont recently, as their match on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Judah Oldenkamp threw for 63 yards on three of eight attempts. Aaron Culler was his top target, picking up 43 receiving yards.
Gunnar Peterson was his usual excellent self, rushing for 175 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. Peterson is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last eight games he's played.
Eisenhower's defeat was their sixth straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 3-6. As for Eastmont, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.
Eisenhower will head out on the road to face off against Cheney at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cheney comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Eastmont, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Moses Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Moses Lake is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
