Pittsburg is 9-1 against Antioch since October of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Pirates will head out to challenge the Panthers at 6:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Pittsburg and ten for Antioch.

Pittsburg lost 3-0 to Deer Valley on Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-19, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Antioch came up short against Freedom on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-13, 25-12.

Antioch's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Pittsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.

Pittsburg skirted past Antioch 3-2 in their previous meeting back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
