Basketball Recap: Edison Takes a Loss

After flying high against Will Rogers College on Tuesday, Edison came back down to earth. The Eagles were outmatched by the Coweta Tigers and fell 103-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Coweta, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 14-8 record.

Coming up, Edison will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Bishop Kelley at 7:30 a.m. As for Coweta, they are taking a road trip to square off against Nathan Hale at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers are facing the Rangers at the right time seeing as the Rangers are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
