Volleyball Recap: Wagon Mound Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Wagon Mound was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Maxwell Bears. If the Trojans were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Bears when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12, 25-8.

Wagon Mound's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Maxwell, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 7-8 record.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Wagon Mound is set to take on their familiar foe Des Moines at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Maxwell will challenge rival Cimarron at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
