Basketball Recap: Bozeman Comes Up Short

Bozeman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 53-11 loss at the hands of the Mosley Dolphins. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bucks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-14 back in December of 2024.

Mosley's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lovelee Holley, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine steals. Holley is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 11 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Faith Alvarado, who posted 11 points and six steals.

Bozeman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Mosley, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-11.

Bozeman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 loss against Blountstown on the 21st. Mosley has also already played their next contest, a 49-29 win against Walton on the 27th.
