Softball Recap: Pemberton Comes Up Short

If Pemberton was riding high fresh off their 19-2 takedown of Willingboro on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hornets lost 11-2 to the Riverside Rams on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-1 back in April.

Pemberton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Riverside, their win bumped their record up to 11-4-1.

Pemberton has already played their next contest (against Palmyra), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Riverside, they will face off against Burlington City at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
