Volleyball Recap: Badin Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Archbishop Alter last Tuesday, Badin came back down to earth. The Rams took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lakota West Firebirds on Tuesday. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Firebirds apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Zoee Briggs was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had four digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September.

Badin's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Lakota West, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Badin has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Talawanda on the 9th. As for Lakota West, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Colerain on the 9th.
