There's no place like home for Pendleton County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Petersburg Vikings on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Wildcat: when they faced off against the Vikings back in September, they had to take a 2-1 defeat.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 19-25, 25-19.

Brynlyn Waggy paced Pendleton County's offense, picking up 17 kills. Waggy got some help from Carolyn Varner and her 13 assists. Finally, Waggy was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high ten blocks.

Pendleton County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Petersburg, with the loss, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 14-9-1.
