Volleyball Game Preview: Lansing Christian Pilgrims vs. Laingsburg Wolfpack + How To Watch

The Lansing Christian Pilgrims will head out on the road to take on the Laingsburg Wolfpack at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lansing Christian is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

Lansing Christian came up short against Charlotte on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-11, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Laingsburg didn't have quite enough to beat Lakeville on Monday and fell 3-2. While the Wolfpack didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Falcons 25-21 in the first set.

Laingsburg took Lakeville into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-23, 25-15, 19-25, 15-13.

Laingsburg's loss dropped their record down to 10-9-1. As for Lansing Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Thursday's match: Lansing Christian has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 4.8 aces per game. However, it's not like Laingsburg struggles in that department as they've been averaging 6.5 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
