Soccer Game Preview: Marion vs. Searcy

Marion is 0-10 against Searcy since April of 2021 but things could change on Monday. The Patriots will head out on the road to face off against the Lions at 7:00 p.m.

Marion is headed into their matchup with Searcy looking for a result a bit more satisfying than what they got in their season opener against Wynne on Friday. The Patriots and the Yellowjackets finished up their match with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Searcy kept a clean sheet against Will Rogers College on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Ropers.

Marion suffered a grim 10-0 defeat to Searcy in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Can the Patriots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
