Pen Argyl now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Jim Thorpe, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Pen Argyl is taking a road trip to face off against Lehighton at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Pen Argyl's pitchers better be ready for this one: Lehighton has averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season. As for Jim Thorpe, they will welcome Salisbury Township at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Salisbury Township will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Jim Thorpe surely won't give up without a fight.
