Baseball Recap: Holly Takes a Loss

North Branch hit Holly with a four-run fifth inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bronchos fell 7-2 to the Broncos. The Bronchos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Holly's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for North Branch, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holly will take on Lake Fenton at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North Branch, they will challenge Armada at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
