Volleyball Recap: Union Preparatory Comes Up Short

Union Preparatory lost against Grace Academy back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Polar Bears lost 3-0 to the Lions.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-14.

Union Preparatory has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Grace Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Union Preparatory will square off against rival The Fletcher School at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Grace Academy is set to face off against their familiar foe Providence Classical at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
