Volleyball Recap: Grove City Takes a Loss

Grove City lost against Fairview back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0.

While Grove City ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-23, 25-20.

Grove City's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grove City will host Wilmington at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fairview, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Sharon at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
