Football Recap: Alex Skates Past Maud with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Okeene, Alex was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the Maud Tigers to the tune of 52-6. The high-scoring effort was just what the Longhorns needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

The victory got Alex back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Alex will take on Destiny Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Maud, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will take on Olive at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
