Basketball Recap: Trinity Leadership's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Trinity Leadership had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 40.5 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They came out on top against the Seagoville Dragons by a score of 77-69.

Trinity Leadership's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Matthew Maiden led the charge by dropping a double-double on 20 points and 16 rebounds. Those 20 points gave Maiden a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Caron McGee, who went 5 of 10 en route to 20 points.
