Basketball Recap: Lyons Victorious

Lyons posted their closest victory since January 30, 2024 on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Ellsworth Bearcats, sneaking past 43-40. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 55-32 back in December of 2024.

Lyons has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season. As for Ellsworth, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Lyons beat Ellsworth by a score of 43-40 on Tuesday.
