Basketball Recap: Chestnut Ridge Gets the Win

After losing to Bishop McCort the last time they met, Chestnut Ridge decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Chestnut Ridge Lions walked away with a 68-55 win over the Bishop McCort Crushers on Monday.

Chestnut Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Bishop McCort, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-4.

Chestnut Ridge will be playing at home against Central Cambria at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Central Cambria is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65.2 points per game this season. As for Bishop McCort, they will venture away from home to face off against Bedford at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Bishop McCort is facing Bedford at the right time seeing as Bedford is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
