Volleyball Game Preview: Paradise Valley Trojans vs. Youngker Roughriders + How To Watch

Paradise Valley is 0-3 against Youngker since September of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m.

Paradise Valley came up short against Verrado on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-12, 25-6.

Meanwhile, Youngker can bid farewell to their six-match losing streak thanks to their match on Wednesday. They blew past North Canyon 3-0. The Roughriders not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0).

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Youngker was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-7, 25-15.

Paradise Valley's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Youngker, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 7-11.

Paradise Valley couldn't quite get it done against Youngker in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Trojans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
