Basketball Recap: Bolles Skates Past Jenkins with Ease

Bolles can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 65-38 win over the Jenkins Warriors. That looming 65-38 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Bulldogs yet this season.

Kaden Ferguson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 6 for 8 on his way to 16 points in addition to five assists and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of CJ Ennis, who posted six points.

They weren't the only one working in the assists department: Bolles was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2023.

Bolles' victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Jenkins, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bolles will host Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy at 1:00 p.m. on December 30th. As for Jenkins, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Islands at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
