Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Maries). They blew past the Grangeville Bulldogs 72-50 on Friday. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-16.

The victory made it two in a row for St. Maries and bumps their season record up to 10-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points over those games. As for Grangeville, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 12 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Maries will head out to take on Priest River at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grangeville, they will challenge Clearwater Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
