Baseball Recap: Scholars Academy Takes a Loss

Scholars Academy lost against Richmond Hill last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Scholars Academy lost 16-1 to Richmond Hill.

Scholars Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Thomas Peppa, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI.

Scholars Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Richmond Hill, their victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Scholars Academy will square off against John Adams at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Richmond Hill, they will challenge St. Peter's at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
