Football Recap: Sam Rayburn Texans vs. Pearland Oilers
Friday just wasn't the day for Sam Rayburn's offense. They had to suffer through a 59-0 loss at the hands of the Pearland Oilers. The loss was the Texans' first of the season.
Jordan Hernandez had an outrageously good game for Pearland as he picked up 168 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Hernandez showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 52 yards. Jake Westmoreland was another key player, throwing for 173 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes.
