Basketball Recap: Shenandoah Valley Takes a Loss

Shenandoah Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 57-52 heartbreaker at the hands of the Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders. The Blue Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Red Raiders earlier this season, when they won 52-34.

Shenandoah Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Our Lady of Lourdes Regional, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shenandoah Valley will welcome Williams Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Our Lady of Lourdes Regional, they will be playing at home against Tri-Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
