Baseball Recap: Archbishop Alter Knights vs. Waynesville Spartans
Archbishop Alter had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Waynesville Spartans 7-0 on Saturday. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered an 8-5 loss the last time these two teams met.
The result came thanks to Conner Watkins's shutout, as he gave up just four hits and racked up 11 Ks.
