Barrington has gone a perfect 10-0 against Palatine recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Fillies/Broncos will head out to take on the Pirates at 6:00 p.m. The last five games Barrington has played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Barrington's tournament run continued when they took on Wheaton-Warrenville South on Saturday. The Fillies/Broncos sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Tigers. The Fillies/Broncos haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Ella Krull was the offensive standout of the contest as she had nine digs and four assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last 11 matchups.

Meanwhile, Palatine didn't have quite enough to beat Saint Viator on Saturday and fell 2-1. The Pirates have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Palatine's loss dropped their record down to 26-6. As for Barrington, their win bumped their record up to 22-12.

Barrington came out on top in a nail-biter against Palatine when the teams last played back in October of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Fillies/Broncos since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
