Volleyball Game Preview: Davenport Central Blue Devils vs. Clinton River Kings

Davenport Central is 2-8 against Clinton since September of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Blue Devils will head out to square off against the River Kings at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Davenport Central saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to Wapsie Valley.

Meanwhile, Clinton suffered their biggest defeat since September 9th on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to Assumption.

Clinton's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Davenport Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-14.

Davenport Central couldn't quite get it done against Clinton in their previous meeting back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
