Baseball Recap: Cathedral Catholic Has No Trouble Against Maranatha

Cathedral Catholic picked up another tournament win on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Maranatha Minutemen.

Cathedral Catholic got a great performance from Levi Uslander as he struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits (and not a single walk). Uslander has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Max Stewart, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That run was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty Daniels, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
