Soccer Recap: Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Eagle's Landing Christian Academy fought the good fight in their overtime game against Ola on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Ola Mustangs by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, the Chargers couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Layla Lewis, who's now up to 13 this season.

Eagle's Landing Christian Academy's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Ola, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Looking ahead, Eagle's Landing Christian Academy will welcome Jones County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ola, they will head out to face off against Eagle's Landing at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
