McCracken County won the last time they faced Mercy and things went their way on Saturday too. The Mustangs blew past the Jaguars 8-2. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won 11 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

McCracken County has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That lines up perfectly with their 20-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Mercy, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McCracken County will welcome Community Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Mustangs' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Mercy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Assumption at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rockets will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Jaguars surely won't give up without a fight.
